„Meine Weinwelt“ for ALDI SÜD – Dusseldorf
Concept and implementation of the 270 m² large pop-up „Meine Weinwelt“ for ALDI SÜD in Dusseldorf.
Tasks & Goals
For the second year in a row, we had the responsibility for the concept, planning and realization of the ALDI SÜD pop-up store „Meine Weinwelt“. Parallel to the trade exhibition „ProWein“ visitors had the opportunity to familiarize themselves with and try ALDI SÜD’s extensive wine range. The goal was to link to the success of the 2017 pop-up store that was distinguished with the German Brand Award.
Idea & Implementation
A diverse program was created. On more than 270 m², for five days wine lovers were able to enjoy the ALDI SÜD wines. In addition to a large wine bar, the “Wine World” consisted of generously furnished seating areas inside and out. An additional highlight was the cooperation with Günther Jauch, who offered two of his wines in the ALDI SÜD range. Both wines were presented to experts and invited guests by Günther Jauch personally in the temporary wine store.
Result
The pop-up store is one of the most successful retail formats in Germany. The “discount” buying experience was successfully brought to the streets and numerous visitors were convinced by ALDI SÜD’s comprehensive wine offering. The further development and extension of the pop-up store and the new design of the wine world were able to create a successful link to the success of the award-winning 2017 ALDI SÜD pop-up store.
