cosnova X OMR: The perfect match for Live-Recruiting
EAST END continues the Live-Recruiting success recipe from 2023 in 2024 and stages a holistic trade fair experience for cosnova at the OMR.
Task & Goals
Strategic development and implementation of an innovative trade fair stand at the OMR Festival 2024 for the cosnova brands essence & Catrice. As in the previous year, the focus of the booth was on the topics of Employer Branding and Live-Recruiting: The goal was to build on last year’s success and to address an even broader target group through a triad of “more traffic, more attention, and more tech”, allowing them to experience the company cosnova as a competent and attractive employer in the Beauty/Tech and Digital Marketing sector and to remember it through its success stories.
Idea & Implementation
The new trade fair stand expanded and transformed the Beauty/Tech experience, with an even greater focus on the company cosnova itself. Its creative and technology-based expertise was staged through an effective brand landscape: Choreographed screens and an inviting seating area allowed for mini masterclasses and a unique meet & greet via microphone with one of cosnova’s AI-generated virtual influencers to take place at the stand.
During their journey through the stand, visitors could also discover three new highlights: such as a nail polish vending machine with a specially created beauty token, a photo spot with an Instagrammable Beauty Queen throne, and a gaming station symbolizing cosnova’s latest and first produced reality series “Own your Magic Studio”.
In addition to the transformation, proven concept elements from the previous year were retained, such as the live face-to-face calls to the cosnova head office, which could take place in a calmer environment through cleverly integrated meeting niches in the wall.
Result
Through the holistic spatial concept, visitors were inspired and encouraged to immerse themselves in the cosnova world and to emotionally and sustainably perceive the company as a strong and attractive employer. From consultation and conception to brand space and media design, implementation, and on- site support, customer wishes were carefully considered and transferred into an innovative and immersive experience landscape that remained in the memory of visitors even beyond the trade fair.
