Tasks & Goals
Concept and implementation of the several day long AUDI Service contest 2017 in Seville as well as a festive gala evening for international guests. Pooling of AUDI service employees from all over the world for an internal service contest as a sign of appreciation for the performance of after-sales.
Idea & Realization
The central theme „teams make the music“ created the backdrop for several days during which 400 international service employees were able to compete against each other in the areas of service and technology. The winner was awarded at a festive gala evening event that created a direct emotional between the participants and the central theme. Viviane Geppert moderated the evening holding light installations, a 270° projection area with pictures of international opera houses and music and dance accompaniment by various artists in store.
Result
The multifaceted storytelling during the gala evening and the combination of thematic focus from the day and evening events allowed the almost 400 guests to be immersed visually and emotionally in the theme worlds. In 2018, EAST END was once again responsible for the concept and implementation of AUDI Service Cup in Dublin. The WhatsApp package, created by EAST END especially for AUDI AG, was put to use for the first time.
