  • The agency for brand experiences once again stages the SWISS APÉRO pop-up bar for Proviande, the branch organization for the Swiss meat industry – this time in the Bavarian capital.

In Switzerland, a popular tradition, in Germany, an insider tip – the apéro. In order to change this, Proviande, the branch organization for the Swiss meat industry presents itself for three weeks in the Glockenbach quarter. „After last year’s great success in Stuttgart, this year we are guests in Munich. It is still our goal to establish the Swiss apéro culture in Germany and make this special lifestyle an experience. For us Swiss, the apéro is a small break in a hectic day. Together with friends, we enjoy air-dried meat specialties together with some cheese and a glass of wine. “Now we want to inspire the people of Munich“ says Daniela Haller, head of Marketing Communication International at Proviande. Since 18 October 2016, the SWISS APÉRO pop-up bar has been offering visitors a piece of Switzerland in the center of Munich. The experts at EAST END, the agency for brand experience, are responsible for the creation and implementation of the pop-up bar. For the second time in a row, the team surrounding founder and managing director Oliver Golz is in action for SWISS APÉRO.

In order to submerse visitors in the world of apéro, EAST END has furnished the pop-up bar in stylish Swiss ambiance:  The modern interior décor is mixed with typical Swiss elements. Stone colors together with wood pieces create an elegant atmosphere. The agency komm.passion takes care of the communicative backing, as they have been doing for Proviande for years. The pop-up bar is marketed using numerous PR, social media and advertising measures. At the same time, during the promotion period, diverse events are carried out. Among them, an intercultural evening „Lost in Translation? Cultural Particularities Germany – Switzerland“, a language course „Schweizerdeutsch for Beginners“, a cooperation with Parship as well as a blogger workshop about air-dried meat specialties and Swiss wines.
