Cosnova uses innovative concept for employer branding and recruiting

On the OMR Festival, cosnova reimagined and reinvented its recruiting process, translating it into a holistic trade show experience

Task & Goals

The strategic concept involved creating an innovative booth for the cosnova brands essence &Catrice, showcasing them as strong and attractive employers. The goal was to make the brand positioning and presence tangible, creating a captivating effect that extended beyond just providing information and activities.

Idea & Implementation

The idea was to turn recruiting in the physical space into a comprehensive rendezvous of the brands. A vibrant Red’n Pink paradise was created on 62.5 square meters, translating the values, employee spirit, and product diversity into a tactile experience. The central highlight was the Benefit Tree, where cosnova benefits were metaphorically depicted as ripe fruits ready for harvest.

Additionally, the lived corporate cultures were playfully measured and made visible through a branded M&M and dispenser Values Barometer. Visitors could also explore the inspiration behind the booth, cosnova in the real world, by engaging in live calls with employees from different departments to generate exciting insights from the Head Office.

The entertainment was further enhanced by Catrice’s station, where visitors could find their perfect makeup look using a virtual try-on tool, and attractive photo spots like the Catrice Magic Mirror and essence Juicy Bomb backdrop captured individual Cosnova moments.

Result
The holistic experience concept inspired visitors to become temporary and permanent parts of the cosnova world. From consultation, through concept development, brand space and media design, to execution and on-site support, the goals were considered and translated into a visually and emotionally impressive experience that stood out significantly from the OMR trade show landscape.
